Refund & Cancellation Policy

All the products available on our store are digital downloads, such as eBooks, templates, tools, courses, and other virtual content. Once a purchase is completed and the download or access link is successfully delivered, no refund, return, or cancellation request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Since digital goods cannot be physically returned or "un-downloaded," all sales are considered final. We highly recommend that you read the product description, features, and compatibility information carefully before making a purchase.

⚠️ Exceptions – When Refund May Be Applicable:

Refunds may only be processed under the following conditions:

  • You made a duplicate payment for the same product by mistake.

  • You did not receive the product within 30 minutes of purchase, and our support team is unable to deliver it manually.

  • The file is technically corrupted or completely non-functional, and we are unable to provide a working version after re-attempts.

In any of the above situations, you must contact us within 24 hours of the payment with full details, including your order ID and email used for the purchase.

Our support team will verify your request, and if found valid, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
